PRODUCT REGISTRATION
Rolls S48-100LFP STACK-LV LFP batteries are backed by a standard 7-year manufacturer warranty, offering protection against defects in manufacturing.
When registered within 30 days of installation, the standard 7-year warranty and an additional 3-year extended warranty is offered for systems where S48-100LFP STACK-LV models are properly installed in accordance with the Rolls S48-100LFP STACK-LV Battery Operating Manual and S48-100LFP STACK-LV Battery Installation Guide, and are set up in closed-loop communication via a compatible and supported UL-1741 certified hybrid inverter via the onboard RS-485 or CAN bus ports.
Conditions of product registration:
- Submission of product registration must be completed within 30 days of the documented installation date.
Product registration requires the following system-related details;
- Number of S48-100LFP STACK-LV batteries
- System sizing & generation sources or grid connection size
- Location and conditions of installation*
- Occupancy / Usage (full-time off-grid, part-time year round, part-time seasonal)
- System Type (off-grid, grid-connected backup, grid-connected sell)
- Connections to external system components on the DC bus* (inverters, charge controllers, alternators)
- Battery Charging and set points on external equipment*
- System communication type (open / closed-loop) & protocol
- System Installation*
- Fuses and busbars, where applicable
